First - Log into your INFO HUB: Click HERE

1. Click EVENTS which can be found on the LEFT SIDE of the page. This will bring up a calendar that includes the Chamber calendar and our Member Community calendar. 
2. To add your own event, click the green button on the right hand side labeled Add New Event
3. ADD BASIC EVENT INFO:
   1. Event Name
   2. Contact
   3. Organization
   4. Email Address
   5. Phone
   6. Event Contact Details (you can put in your phone number and email address here as well)
   7. Description (add written description and any photos you want to include)
   8. Location Name
   9. Address (If applicable)
   10. Publish Date
       1. Start Date
       2. End Date
   11. Hours (how many hours is the event)
4. IMPORTANT: Under Calendar, select Community Calendar  (If you publish to the Chamber Calendar if won't appear - this is for city and chamber news only)
5. ClickDone to save the event.
6. The page will refresh where you can see the basic details of your event.
7. EDIT DETAILS: Now, Hit EDIT  - green button on the RIGHT - scroll to the DESCRIPTION and add more details, photos, links, it's your page to design as you wish.  
8. ADD ICON: On the left of the event title, there is a grey circle where you can add a photo or image for the icon. This will show up as a small image next to your event on the website’s Member Calendar. Highly recommend adding an image here to stand out more.
9. When you’re satisfied with the look of your description, click Done
10. Events cannot be deleted ore edited directly  from a member’s info hub after you publish.  Contact info@louisvillechamber.com if you need to delete ore edit.

1. Click Member News which can be found on the left hand side of the page. This will bring up the Member News feed. 
2. To add your News article, click the green button labeled Add on the right hand side. This will bring up a window where you can input the information
3. Add the following information:
   1. Title
   2. Description
   3. Search Description
   4. Media Contact (usually the author of the news piece)
   5. Related Links
   6. Source (If relevant)
   7. Publish Start
   8. Publish End 
   9. Search Results Image
   10. Other Images
4. When you’re done, click the green Submit button at the bottom of the window
5. Your article will save and will be sent to Chamber staff for approval. 
6. To view the completed the Chamber newsfeed, click Community News which can also be found on the menu bar. You can click any of the articles to find out more information or view examples of other articles.

1. Click Member Perks which can be found on the left hand side of the page. This will bring up all the discounts available to Chamber members. Click on any of the offers to check out an offer. 
2. To ADD YOUR OFFER: click the green button labeled Add on the right hand side. This will bring up a window where you can input the information
3. Add the following information:
   1. Title
   2. Description
   3. Search Description
   4. Media Contact (usually the representative of the business)
   5. Related Links
   6. Source (If relevant)
   7. Publish Start
   8. Publish End
   9. Search Results Image (This is the icon that appears in the search. Highly recommend adding an image or logo here)
   10. Other Images (Any other marketing images for your promotion)
4. When you’re done, click the green Submit button at the bottom of the window
5. Your discount will save and will be sent to Chamber staff for approval

Your info hub information is what other members see when they search for you in the Member Directory

1. Under Contact Info, click the pencil icon to edit and add on your email address
2. Above the pencil icon, there is a small plus sign icon. Click that to add your phone number and mailing/physical address
3. Click the small plus sign icon next to Professional Bio. You have options under Category: Education, Work, Volunteer, or License. Add the information that you would like other Chamber members to know about you
4. Click the blue pencil icon next to Bio. Add a brief description on who you are and what your business is about.
5. Click the blue plus sign icon next to Lists/Committees. This will show you what committees you can join in the Chamber
6. On the right hand side, above the menu bar, there is a grey circle that is clickable. Add your photo.

Your Directory Listing is your front-facing information that is displayed on the Louisville Chamber website that is accessible to the public

1. Click the plus sign on the right hand side of Contact Info. Add in the following information:
   1. Mailing/Physical Address
   2. Phone number
   3. Email address
   4. Website
2. Click the blue pencil icon on the right hand side of Directory Info. This will pull up a window where you can fill in the following information:
   1. Search Description
   2. Description (of your business)
   3. Keywords 
   4. Highlights

Click the green pencil icon on the right hand side of Member Directory Info. If you have a different contact name that you would like displayed on the Directory listing, you can add that on here.
